In any endevour, it makes sense to have access to the widest range of options or possibilities. In an environment where Transformational leadership is required, often the situatin can be very challenging. It will often require tapping into the deepest resources of your potential to keep you going. No only that, but your state of being has a direct impact on others and the way they respond to you. It is said that 55 percent of your communication comes from body language. This is directly related to your state of being. Consider it the ground that you stand on. If it is shakey, so will you be. If it is firm, you can stand with confidence.
To be a truly extraordinary, transformational leadership focuses on a different set of possibilities, often only accessible by changing the way we perceive the world around us. It is not something you can think your way into, mainly because our mind sees our future based on our past.
When it comes to leading and living into the future, it is useful to have access to some new information about how our state of being affects our perception.
Transformational leadership requires that you monitor and change your state of being as required. Compare the difference in energy from impossibility to the willingness to risk something new. The results speak for themselves. If we live in impossibility, there is a high chance that very little will be created. However, in the state of willingness, we are open to the possibilities, even if we cannot see them directly. We have access to a wider range of potential.
One of the master keys to being a powerful transformational leader is to learn how to shift your state of being, from impossibility to willingness.
