How is your integrity?
Now that may be a bold question to ask, yet it is a very powerful one, if your are willing to answer it.

Keeping your integrity makes a huge difference when it comes to generating personal power, aligning your purpose, and creating trust. As you probably well know, it takes a while for trust to be created, and sometimes a small event to make it breakdown.

Integrity may have different meanings for different people. One way of describing it could be - "Doing what you say you will". This could be as simple as making your bed, or taking your kid to the movies when you said you would. It could be going to the gym, or something as simple as making a followup call when you said you would. Being on time is another way of keeping your integrity.

You see, your mind is constantly watching you, to see if you will keep your word. If you do, it becomes your most powerful supporter. On the other hand, if you beep on breaking your word, your mind may not support you in creating the change you want to see in your life and business.

In Transformational Leadership, we have an important task ahead of us. We have a responsibility to lead the change, by first leading our own change. As Ghandi said "Be The Change You Want To See In The World".
