Authentic at the core

Well, the journey through building this website and delving deeper into what it takes has led to the topic of Authenticity. This is a fairly difficult thing to convey in writing as it is really about the way you experience yourself. My authenticity is completely different to yours, and yet there are some similarities. I would suggest that being authentic as a transformational leader is a key to having a powerful effect in the environments that you operate in. Without it, your effors would be hampered.
