Richard is a dynamic, authentic

Coaching at the Coaching Academy in the UK. Over the last 12 years he
has built an exceptional practice in guiding and developing leadership
in individuals and teams, helping clients successfully navigate change
and improve personal and organizational results.
Richard has sound organizational, business and IT skills along with considerable business experience in a wide range of environments from start-up entrepreneurial businesses to publicly listed organizations. Over the past decade, he has delivered training and coaching to personal and commercial clients in the UK, USA and in South Africa. He also has experience in general management with a UK market-leading training organization, which he assisted in building from start-up, leading a team of 16 people through rapid and innovative change.
Richard is an ongoing student of transformational leadership, which seeks to develop leaders, not followers, by influencing with integrity and paying personal attention to the development of others. He also has 11 years experience working with Attitudinal Intelligence.
